This property was a traditional three-bedroom semi-detached house that underwent a full back-to-brick renovation and extension.
The building was stripped back to its core structure before being completely reconfigured to create a modern, functional family home.
Key works included:
Full internal strip-out back to brick
Complete layout redesign
Full-width rear extension
Creation of a spacious open-plan kitchen and dining area
Addition of a separate snug/living space
Full refurbishment throughout
The finished home is unrecognisable from its original layout, now offering significantly improved flow, usability, and long-term value.

Moorcroft, Aston (Full renovation, extension & disabled access conversion — client project)
A complete transformation of a substantial detached property, reconfigured throughout to meet specific accessibility requirements.
The work included a full internal strip out and reconfiguration, a platform lift to the upper floor, and a new accessible wet room. To the rear, a derelict outbuilding was converted into a stunning orangery with a full lantern roof, while the existing conservatory was replaced entirely with an extension to create a generous open-plan kitchen and living space with herringbone flooring throughout. The garden was also landscaped as part of the project, including a striking circular natural stone patio.
From a neglected starting point to a beautiful, fully accessible family home -completed in around six months.
