What was once a forgotten strip of land — home to little more than a row of old garages - is now four individually built homes that have become a real asset to the Kirk Hallam community.
We acquired the site knowing its potential, and within 12 months had taken it from clearance and groundworks right through to four completed, fully tenanted properties. That kind of efficiency matters - but never at the expense of quality. Every decision made on site, from foundations to finishing, was made with the same care and workmanship we bring to every Blakes project.
The result is four thoughtfully designed 3 bedroom homes with practical, well-proportioned layouts that work for real life. Aesthetically, we wanted them to feel considered rather than generic - cream render, brick detail, and timber framed porches give each home a character that sits comfortably in its surroundings rather than fighting against them.
All four properties are currently tenanted, and the development stands as a testament to what's possible when you combine the right site, the right team, and a genuine commitment to doing things properly.
